Kohlrabi Fritters


2 Kolrabi, peeled and grated
1-2 tbsp flour
1 egg
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp tandoori masala spice
Oil for frying

Mix all ingredients together. Heat oil on medium heat. Drop a tablespoon-sized scoop of mixture full into the pan. Fry 1-2 min each side, or until light brown.
Season with salt & pepper. Enjoy!
